The Gambia faces challenges in collecting taxes owed from rental income due to limited visibility into property ownership and rental income data across government agencies. This results in a significant loss of revenues for the government in the rental income tax collection. To address this, the Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA) aims to procure a private partner through the Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) approach to provide a Rental income Mobilization System.
That being stated, the introduction of the Rental income mobilization system in the Gambia will unquestionably improve GRA's effort to optimize revenue mobilization. The system to be developed should be specifically designed for on-premise environments. It also should incorporate numerous capabilities, including consolidating multiple data sources into a single view of an individual or an organization using an advanced identity resolution feature.
In this regard, interested firms are invited to bid for the implementation of the Rental income Mobilization System. Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of the bidding document upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 10,000.00 (Ten thousand Dollars) to the Gambia Revenue Authority, Liberation Avenue, Banjul.
