The Department is headed by a Director and comprises 3 Units with each Unit headed by a Deputy Director. The Units are Financial Operations Unit, Financial Controls & Reporting Unit, and Revenue & Reconciliation Unit. In addition, the Deputy Director in each Unit is assisted by Managers who head Sections.
This Unit is headed by a Deputy Director and assisted by Managers responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the Unit. The Unit is responsible for the budget, expenditure, and payroll of the Authority.

To facilitate the ease of tax payments, the Authority has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with a number of commercial banks to receive and process payment of revenue on behalf of the Authority. This is to enable the quick processing of payments for taxpayers and thus enhance the clearing time. The Authority signed MOU with the following commercial banks.
