12TH MEETING AND TRAINING OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS OF WCO-WCA
The 12th Meeting spanning from 18 to 20th September 2024, is an annual convergence and Training of Human Resource experts of the World Customs Organization (WCO) for West Central Africa (WCA) region, to learn from each other through presentations, discussions and sharing of experience and best practices on the latest developments and innovations in the field of Training and Human Resources.
The theme; “The Regional Strategy for Human Resources Management in the context of digitalization and the implementation of forward planning of workforce, jobs and skills”, is a 3 day event hosted by the Gambia Revenue Authority, held at Metzy Residence Hotel.
The regional meeting is being attended by delegates from Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, The Gambia, Republic of Congo, Republic of Guinea, Liberia, Mali, Chad, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Togo.
Also, in attendance of the 12th meeting are the Office of the Vice-Chair WCO-WCA, the Regional Office for Capacity Building, the Regional Training Centres of Abuja, Brazzaville and Ouagadougou, and the WCO Capacity Building Directorate.
