Mr. Musa Batchilly, an accomplished Legal Practitioner with more than 20years of experience as a private legal practitioner. Mr. Batchilly is the legal mind on the Board as he provides legal advice and legal perspective on the deliberations of the Board. Mr. Batchilly also serves as a Board member of the National Agency for Legal Aid.
