Procurement of Printing Services for the printing, supply and delivery of 2025 Licenses Discs (Commercial Tax Clearances Passengers & Tonnage) for the Gambia Revenue Authority.

You are hereby invited to be a Bidder in the Tender described herein. The Gambia Public Procurement Act defines a Tender as a type of Bid and anyone submitting a Tender or other Bid is known as a Bidder. Under the Tender process, there will be a public opening of all bids received at the place and at the time stated in paragraph 8 below.
1. The GAMBIA REVENUE AUTHORITY has budgeted funding for the procurement of 555 Commercial Tax Clearances for Passengers and 545 Commercial Tax Clearances for Tonnage and intends to place a Contract for the printing, supply and delivery of these Commercial Tax Clearance Discs.
2. The Commercial Tax Clearance Discs to be supplied shall be delivered to GAMBIA REVENUE AUTHORITY, REVENUE HOUSE, 78 – 79 LIBERATION AVENUE, BANJUL and the required time for the supply and delivery of the goods is 3 weeks upon contract signature.
3. The GAMBIA REVENUE AUTHORITY now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the printing, supply and delivery of 2025 Commercial Tax Clearances.
4. The deadline for submission of inquiries and for requests for clarifications is February 13, 2025.
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the Bid documents at the Procurement Unit, Gambia Revenue Authority, Annex Building, Ground Floor.
6. A complete set of Bid documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders within February 18, 2025 on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GMD5,000.00.
7. Bids must be delivered to the Procurement Unit, Annex Building on or before 12:30PM Banjul time on February 18, 2025 and must be accompanied by a security of 2% of the total Bid Amount.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 12:45PM, February 18, 2025 at the Board Room, Gambia Revenue Authority, Revenue House, Liberation Avenue, Banjul.
